Barcoded metal strap security seals are ideal for securing freight cars, trailers, containers, and transfer hoppers. G1-BC seals are yellow in color, embossed "SECURED" and consecutively numbered with a barcode.
These US Customs approved metal security seals feature a painted yellow strap with barcoding. The double wire locking mechanism encased within the security seal provides increased tamper resistance. Ideal for securing railroad freight and tank cars, tractor trailers, transfer hoppers and tagging game (fur). To apply, insert the metal tail fully into head and pull back on tail to check the seal is locked. Record seal number and contents for later verification. To remove carefully cut with meat shears.
Model G1 can be custom printed up to 18 spaces and numbered consecutively up to 7 digits. Minimum order for custom printed G1 seals is 1,000 pieces.
Model G1-BC is available with a painted yellow strap. Barcoded seals require a painted strap in yellow or orange to provide adequate scanning contrast.
